China's Jack Technology completes acquisition of Italian leather equipment maker Comelz
Jack Technology Co., Ltd., one of China's leading manufacturers of sewing equipment, has recently completed the acquisition of 100 percent of the equity of Italian leather processing equipment maker Comelz S.p.A. through its wholly owned subsidiary bullmer, the company announced.
